You can return items purchased on Yaytrade for 14 days, starting from the day you received your order. We charge a return fee of 99 SEK + 20 SEK per item (or 129 SEK + 20 SEK outside of Sweden) which will be deducted from your refund. Please understand we cannot refund the initial shipping fee from when you placed the order.
How to make a return
1. If you do not have a return slip in your parcel you can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item(s) you want to return. Note: You invoke your cancellation rights through sending an official return request.
2. After your request has been processed, you will receive a return shipping label. Processing may take up to one business day. Print the label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest DHL service point.
3. You’ll be notified as soon as the return has been processed at our warehouse. Be advised this can take up to 7-10 business days. The refund will then be issued via your payment method (if you paid with Klarna Invoice, you must register the return in the Klarna app). The return process might be extended during the holidays due to high volume.
We do not apply the right of exchange. Customers must follow our standard returns procedure. Unauthorized returns will be charged a 99 kr + 20 kr per item restocking fee. Contact email@example.com with any questions.

Our return policy only covers items sold by Yaytrade (including items purchased on Tradera). For items acquired from private users or brand stores, you must contact the other party directly (excluding Sample Sales). Please note that a shipping fee is deducted from all returns, on a per order basis. Returns within Sweden cost 99 SEK + 20 SEK per item, or 129 SEK + 20 SEK per item to the rest of the world. All returned items must be returned in the same condition they were received in and with the Yaytrade tag still attached (excluding Sample Sales). You are responsible for any damage incurred in transit, so be sure all items are well packed. When possible, please reuse the original packaging.
If for any reason (including the intention of cancelling your order) you do not retrieve an item from the DHL service point, it will be returned to us and processed as a return. In this scenario you will necessarily be responsible for 250 SEK in shipping/handling, return, and administrative fees. Any such fees that are due to Yaytrade will subsequently be deducted from the amount you are refunded (eg. if an item purchased for 750 SEK is returned by the service point – because it was not collected – you will receive 500 SEK back, after the 250 SEK fee has been deducted). If the original sale price was 250 SEK or less, no refund will be issued or charge deducted.
